Return Policy – Élan

At Élan, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Below are the steps for the return process and the conditions that must be met.

Returning an item – how to proceed

Step 1: Notify us of your return

Send an email to info@elan-mode.fr&nbsp, indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and, in the event of damage or defect, clear photos of the product. You will receive a return form and the necessary instructions.

Step 2: Pack the items carefully

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. All labels must be intact. Products should only be unpacked to the extent necessary to evaluate them as you would in a physical store. Hygiene-sensitive products, such as cosmetics or skincare, must not be opened or used.

Step 3: Send the package

Please ensure that your return package is shipped within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the return shipping and postage costs. Returns are processed at our central warehouse in Asia, which may result in higher shipping costs than usual. Please also note that customs duties or import taxes may apply; these are your responsibility.

Step 4: Receive your refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you within 10 working days. As soon as your return has been approved, you will receive confirmation by email. The initial delivery costs and any additional costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

At Élan, exchanges are possible, provided that the desired size is in stock. Would you like to exchange an item for a different size? Send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order to info@elan-mode.fr, indicating your order number and the desired size.

Important return conditions

Returned items must be in perfect condition, including packaging and labels. Products must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. If there are signs of use, a return may be partially or totally refused. Hygiene products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Damage or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt, accompanied by clear photos.

Shipping costs and return address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. As a result, shipping costs may be higher than usual. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking and responsibility

We recommend that you use a tracked shipping method for your return. Please keep your proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Depreciation in value

If a product is returned in a condition that does not comply with our standards, we reserve the right to apply a deduction to the refund. This also applies to products whose labels have been removed or whose packaging has been opened or damaged.
